Shortly we will publish a How-to guide. Meantime, focus on Gurbani. Do your Nitnem in the morning and evening. Do even if you don't understand it. If a child does not study but goes to class, he is considered present. If you just do it, you will certainly get some benefit. Gurbani is the bottle which gives us Waheguru Simran. After doing Nitnem, you will feel peace, stability of mind, ras - this is Naam "Waheguru". To prolong this joy, keep chanting Waheguru in mind.
